The revamped Kiteworks Channel First Partner program also translates into better governance, compliance, and protection of sensitive content communications for Kiteworks customers that work with Kiteworks partners.

Channel Program Enhancements Address Shifting Market Requirements

Kiteworks partners have extensive experience helping small and medium-sized businesses and large enterprises to track, control, and secure sensitive content communications by creating Private Content Networks. This is a critical requirement for many organizations today as recent research conducted by Kiteworks revealed that nearly 7 in 10 organizations believe their governance and protection of sensitive content communications with third parties needs improvement, with almost 20% indicating a completely new approach is necessitated.

Kiteworks Channel First Partner program enhancements include:

  • Expanded partner recognition for three different revenue scenarios: new clients the partner registers, new clients Kiteworks sources to a partner, and renewals for existing Kiteworks clients.
  • A new Partner Portal that delivers all content, training, and events in one easy-to-use digital location that Kiteworks partners need to successfully sell and deliver Kiteworks solutions.
  • New training curriculum and programs that target both the sales and client delivery and management life cycles.
  • Revenue-enhancing programs such as competitive SPIFFs and incentives, call blitz programs, cosponsored digital marketing campaigns, and regional events.
  • Expanded channel account management across North American, EMEA, and APAC markets.

Integration of totemo Partners, Investments in Channel First Partner Team

The Kiteworks Channel First Partner program is further bolstered by the integration of totemo’s channel partners and program, following the acquisition of totemo in early 2022. “We are very excited to welcome totemo channel partners into the Kiteworks Channel First Partner program, and provide them with significantly enhanced revenue growth opportunities,” said Michael. “The Kiteworks platform expands their portfolios to include a breadth of additional sensitive content communication capabilities.”
