How to Download a File Sent Via Kiteworks® File Sharing
- Click the link in the email your business partner sent you via Kiteworks file sharing
- Your partner’s private Kiteworks website will open in your browser
- Follow the on-screen instructions to create your account and securely download your document
Do not create a trial in a attempt to access the file sent to you. Every Kiteworks customer has a separate, private Kiteworks system, and your trial would create yet another separate, private system for you. It will not let you download the file your partner shared from their own private Kiteworks system.
